By using this website (generalifegardens.tours) and booking tours through our affiliate links, you agree to the following terms of service. Tour bookings are processed by our affiliate partner GetYourGuide and are subject to their separate booking terms.
About This Site
Generalife Gardens Tours is an independent affiliate review and recommendation site for tours of the Generalife gardens, Alhambra, and Granada. We are not an operator of any tour. All tours listed are operated by third-party Patronato de la Alhambra–licensed reseller agencies, bookable through GetYourGuide.
We earn a referral commission for bookings completed through our affiliate links. This does not affect the price you pay.
Tour Operator Responsibility
Each tour is operated by an independent, Patronato-licensed agency. The agency — not Generalife Gardens Tours — is responsible for the conduct of the tour, the guide quality, the inclusions and exclusions, and the customer service during the tour.
Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are made directly with GetYourGuide. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies are set by the individual tour operator and shown on the booking page before you complete payment. Most tours on this site offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the experience starts; some premium private tours require 48–72 hours’ notice.
Liability
All participants join tours at their own risk and must follow safety instructions provided by the licensed tour guide. Generalife Gardens Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during a tour. Disputes about the tour itself must be raised with the tour operator and GetYourGuide directly.
The Alhambra complex (including the Generalife) is administered by the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife. Entry rules, security checks, photography restrictions, and timed-entry slot policies are set by the Patronato and may change without notice. Tickets are non-transferable and require photo ID at the gate.
Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to keep tour information (prices, durations, ratings, availability) accurate and up to date, but tour details can change at any time. Always confirm details on the booking page before completing payment.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website (text, original photography, layout, structured editorial guides) is the property of Generalife Gardens Tours and may not be reproduced without permission. Tour images sourced from GetYourGuide remain the property of their respective operators.
