• The Alhambra does not allow changes or refunds, so please avoid scheduling other activities or travel on the same day, as access may be assigned for morning, afternoon, or evening.
• Tickets are nominative. You must provide the full name, date of birth, and ID details of all participants during booking. Bring the original ID or passport on the day of the tour.
• Refunds are not issued for late ticket collection. Commentary may be in two languages.
• Book with confidence. If purchased less than 45 days in advance, tickets are subject to confirmation by the Alhambra. If they cannot confirm availability, your reservation will be canceled, and you’ll receive a full refund.
